Excellent value for such a good hotel in a great location in the city centre. Close to Gran Via, so easy to navigate to all the sights and points of interest. Also close to Sol Metro and suburban rail stations, so handy for travelling by public transport and to the airport. Our room was very generous with everything we needed. Everything was spotless and the decor, towels and bed linen were of good quality. A very good breakfast with plenty of options was provided each day until 10.30 in the morning. Nice to have fresh fruit and the orange juice was very good. The staff we engaged with were all helpful, friendly and smiling. A really good budget hotel if visiting Madrid, which had a much more upmarket feel.

This expensive, 3* hotel is located in a very-very good place, near to Sol metro/suburban train station (arrival from the airport) and close to the most famous sights of Madrid on foot, or using the public transport. The room is simple, but you find everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is rich, quality of the foods and drinks is perfect. We had a balcoon in our room at the top level, I recommend to everyone to book this kind of room!

The location is excellent in terms of being very central and convenient - this was the reason we chose it. The room is a standard European hotel room, recently renovated and everything functioned perfectly. The bed was very comfortable. The desk staff is very friendly and always willing to answer questions. The housekeeping staff also kindly provided a softer pillow upon request.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location was ideal, very close to the "action" but without all the foot traffic going past our window. Our room was clean and well furnished. Staff was very helpful when we needed assistance. The attached restaurant was a fun place, with good food. And breakfast was plentiful. We would easily stay here again.

A nice old style hotel in a good location for visiting the central sites. Our room was reasonably spacious, beds were comfy and linen was good.. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast nice enough., though nothing special. There very nice little Cafe on the corner, with door into the lobby. We enjoyed our single night stay.
